  • 14 oz semisweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 oz Bad Dog Bourbon

Pour 7 oz chocolate chips into bowl. Heat heavy whipping cream in sauce pan over Med heat until it reaches a boil. Instantly pour cream into bowl over chocolate chips and whisk until smooth. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and bourbon. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Melt the remaining chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl for 30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and scoop mixture with tbsp and form into balls using your hands. (tip, run hands under cold water and then dry before handling mix. It will help keep from melting. If mix starts to melt, throw it in the freezer for 10 min). Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cocoa powder for garnish.

Instantly put in fridge to cool until ready to serve.

Enjoy!
