The Campfire Sour
3 shots rye whiskey
1 ½ shots fresh lemon juice
3/4 shot maple syrup
1 sprig rosemary (plus 2 for garnish)
Add rye whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup to shaker.
Light sprig of rosemary on fire, and add it to the shaker (smoking end up). Cap and seal shaker, and let stand for 30 seconds so mixture can infuse with smoke.
Add ice, and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain over ice. Garnish with remaining rosemary.
Pineapple Blackberry Mojito
4 blackberries
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
5 fresh mint leaves
½ tablespoon simple syrup
1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Grandpa’s Likker
1/4 cup sparkling water
Simple Syrup:
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
In a small saucepan combine the sugar and water.
Bring to a simmer.
Once it boils, remove from heat and let cool completely.
Transfer to a container and chill in the fridge until ready to use.
Drink:
Put blackberries, pineapple, and mint into a glass and muddle together.
Add the simple syrup, lime juice, and Grandpa’s Likker into glass and stir.
Top with ice and sparkling water.
Garnish as desired.
Ginger Honey Shine
2 oz Honey Shine
Ginger Beer
Ice
Add handful of ice into glass
Pour in Honey Shine
Top with Ginger Beer
Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail
2 oz Bourbon
4 blackerries
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Ice
Muddle blackberries in cocktail shaker
Combine other ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake until combined
Strain into ice filled glass
Top with club soda and garnish with blackberries
Bourbon Root Beer Float
2 oz Bourbon
Scoop of vanilla ice cream
Root Beer
Add ingredients to glass and drink up!
Spicy Hot Chocolate
1 oz. Bad Dog Chipotle Vodka
Dark Hot Chocolate
Dark Hot Chocolate
1 cup whole milk1
½ teaspoon brown sugar
2 oz. dark chocolate pieces
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Pinch of cinnamon
Whipping cream to garnish
In a heavy sauce pan heat milk on medium to just before a boil. Add brown sugar and let dissolve. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat, add cream, cinnamon and Chipotle Vodka.
Cranberry Orange Moonshine Margarita
2 oz. Grandpa’s Likker
2 ½ oz. cranberry juice
½ oz. orange juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice
½ tbsp sugar
Rim glass with sugar (if you run a lime slice along rim, it will hold sugar in place)
Combine ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake until combined
Pour into glass
Garnish with cranberries and orange slice
To make it blended, add ingredients and a handful of ice to blender and blend until well mixed.
Cranberry Apple Cocktail
2 oz. Bad Dog Vodka
½ Ginger Beer
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
Add ice to glass.
Pour ingredients over the ice and stir.
Garnish with apple slices and cranberries.
Old Fashioned
2 oz Bad Dog Bourbon
½ oz dashes Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 Tbsp. Water
Large ice cubes
Add sugar, water, and bitters to glass. stir until sugar is dissolved
Add ice to glass
Pour Bourbon into glass
Stir and garnish with orange peel or orange slice
Strawberry Lemonade Whiskey Sour
4 large strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces bourbon whiskey
Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Allow berries to release juice by sitting in the liquid at least 30 minutes.
Add the strawberry mixture to the blender and run it on low.
Add whiskey and swirl to combine.
Pour over ice and serve.
Moonshine Appleade
3 oz. Moonshine Apple Pie
3 oz. Lemonade
Fill tumbler with ice.
Pour in Moonshine Apple Pie, top with lemonade and stir.
Garnish with an apple and lemon slice.
Lemon Blackberry Whiskey Cocktail
4 blackberries
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Rye Whiskey
crushed ice
Simple Syrup :
Bring 1 cup water and 1 cup granulated sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, turn off the heat.
Drink:
Combine blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
Add lemon juice, bourbon, and ice. Shake well.
Fill cocktail glass halfway full of crushed ice and strain cocktail into glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel.
Vodka Mint Lemonade
2 cups Vodka
4 cups lemonade
fresh mint
½ cup sliced strawberries
Lime
ice
Combine the vodka, lemonade, half of the strawberries, and half of the mint leaves in a mixing bowl. Muddle until the fruit is slightly mashed.
Fill glass with ice.
Add the rest of the mint and berries to the glass.
Pour vodka lemonade mixture over ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
